These Terms govern access to the website, tests, protocols, materials, AI personalisation, online events, community, paid plans and related Nexora services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Nexora, creating an account, taking a test, purchasing access, participating in events or using materials, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and the Nexora Privacy Policy.
If the user does not agree to these Terms, the user must not use Nexora.
2. What Nexora is
Nexora is a digital health & longevity intelligence platform that helps users better understand and manage their state through data, educational materials, personalised routes, protocols, recommendations, events and community features.
Nexora may include state tests, AI personalisation, index calculations, protocols for sleep, nutrition, activity, recovery, stress, concentration and other lifestyle aspects.
3. Not a medical service
Nexora is not a medical organisation, medical device, telemedicine service, diagnostic system, treatment programme or substitute for a doctor.
Nexora materials, protocols, indices, tests, recommendations, AI outputs and messages are provided only for informational, educational and wellness/lifestyle purposes. They are not a diagnosis, treatment prescription, medical advice, clinical decision, emergency service or guarantee of improvement.
Nexora does not provide emergency, diagnostic, therapeutic or clinical decision-making services and does not make clinical decisions for the user or a doctor. In case of symptoms, deterioration, pain, acute conditions, health risk or doubt, the user should contact a qualified medical professional or emergency services.
4. Higher-risk users
Before applying any protocols, recommendations or lifestyle changes, the user should consult a doctor or qualified professional if the user is pregnant, has chronic disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, eating disorders, mental health conditions, injuries, post-surgical status, medication use, physical activity restrictions, allergies, severe fatigue, sleep disorders, acute symptoms or any other medical risks.
The user is solely responsible for deciding whether to apply Nexora materials and for assessing their suitability to the user’s circumstances.
5. Account and access
To access certain features, the user may create an account or provide contact details. The user agrees to provide accurate and current information, keep account credentials confidential and not transfer the account to third parties.
Nexora may restrict, suspend or terminate user access if the user breaches these Terms, abuses the service, infringes others’ rights, creates security risks or uses the service unlawfully.
6. Paid plans, digital access and refunds
Nexora may offer paid access to protocols, community, online events, expert support, digital materials, personalisation, subscriptions or access packages. The specific price, access period, plan contents and payment terms are shown on the website or in the offer before payment.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer, payment grants access to digital materials and features for the paid period. Access may begin immediately after payment confirmation.
The user may request a refund within 14 calendar days after payment if the user has not activated access to paid digital materials, has not received a personalised route, has not participated in a paid event, has not used the paid community or expert support, and if applicable law does not require a different mandatory rule.
After activation of access to digital content, a personalised route, protocols, closed community, online events or other paid features, refunds may be limited where permitted by applicable law and where the user has consented to immediate digital access. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
Refunds may also be available for duplicate payments, payment errors or inability to provide paid access due to Nexora’s fault. Bank, payment system fees and currency differences may be non-refundable unless prohibited by applicable law.

7. Online events, protocols and community
Nexora may provide access to online events, group sessions, protocols, tasks, educational materials and community features. Dates, format, duration, programme contents and recording availability may change where reasonably necessary for service organisation.
The Nexora community is intended for support, experience sharing and educational interaction. Users must not post illegal content, aggression, discrimination, spam, unauthorised advertising, third-party personal data, medical prescriptions for other users or dangerous recommendations.
Nexora may moderate, hide or remove user materials, restrict community access or terminate participation in case of rule violations.
8. AI, indices and personalised recommendations
Nexora may use AI models, algorithms, scoring, segmentation and decision rules to generate routes, State Score or other indices, recommendations, protocols, prompts and educational materials.
The user understands that such results are probabilistic and depend on the completeness, accuracy and freshness of the data entered. Nexora does not guarantee that AI results will be error-free, complete, suitable for a specific situation or lead to a specific outcome.
The user should apply any recommendations reasonably, gradually and with regard to their condition. In case of doubt, disease, symptoms or risks, the user should consult a specialist.
9. User obligations and prohibited use

not provide false data or impersonate another person;
not attempt unauthorised access to systems, data, accounts or restricted materials;
not copy, resell, publish, distribute or use Nexora materials outside the permitted scope;
not use Nexora for medical diagnosis, prescribing treatment to others or emergency situations;
not infringe intellectual property, confidentiality or third-party rights;
not interfere with the operation of the website, security, payments, analytics or Nexora infrastructure.
10. User content
The user may submit answers, messages, comments, questions, feedback, files or other materials. The user retains rights to their content but grants Nexora a limited licence to use it to the extent necessary to provide the service, support, moderation, security, product improvement and legal compliance.
The user is responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate the law, third-party rights or these Terms.
11. Nexora intellectual property
The website, brand, design, texts, protocols, route logic, interface, materials, knowledge bases, methods, visual elements, videos, presentations, AI structures, indices and other Nexora elements belong to Nexora or are used lawfully.
The user receives a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use Nexora within the scope of paid or granted access. No intellectual property rights are transferred to the user unless expressly stated in writing.
12. Third-party services
Nexora may use or link to third-party services: payment systems, video conferencing, analytics, messengers, CRM, cloud providers, wearable and app integrations. Such services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Nexora is not responsible for actions of third-party services outside Nexora’s control.
13. Availability and service changes
Nexora aims to maintain stable service operation, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, provider actions, force majeure or other circumstances.
Nexora may change functions, materials, plans, event formats and service contents. If changes materially affect paid access, Nexora will try to provide reasonable notice or an alternative solution.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexora is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, deterioration of wellbeing due to independent application of materials without consulting a specialist, third-party actions, third-party service unavailability or outcomes the user expected from using Nexora.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
15. Indemnity
The user agrees to compensate Nexora for reasonable losses, costs and claims arising from the user’s breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the service, infringement of third-party rights or publication of illegal content, where such compensation is permitted by applicable law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law identified in the “Operator Details / Данные оператора” section, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise. Disputes are subject to the courts or competent authorities determined by applicable law and the operator’s place of registration, unless mandatory consumer rules give the user other rights.
17. Changes to Terms
Nexora may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on the website with the effective date. Continued use of Nexora after the changes become effective means acceptance of the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires separate consent.
